At Brixx, we start every day from scratch. We make our signature items in house with incredible, fresh ingredients — from our dough’s and focaccia bread to fresh mozzarella, meatballs, salad dressings, candied pecans and more.
Our freezers are small because we use as many fresh ingredients as we can. We bake our breads in our wood burning brick oven, infusing them with natural flavors. When our guests dine with us they can taste the care and passion we put into every item on the plate. And, they’re always ready for our best side dishes – 24 craft beers on tap and 14 wines by the glass.
Making our core items ourselves with our recipes allow us to stay ahead of culinary trends and adjust local daily specials to the specific tastes of our guests.
Vegan & Gluten-Free Options
When other restaurant concepts wonder about whether to provide dietary options, we jumped in early – offering vegan cheese and a wide range of vegetarian options, as well as gluten-free pizzas, salads, desserts and beer. And, our guests love us for it. While these groups are small in size, they hold the trump card of where a group of diners decides where to eat. And, once they eat at Brixx, we win.
